Job summary

GILLIG is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events across the organization, applying DMAIC and value stream mapping to drive waste reduction and cost savings at the Livermore, CA headquarters.

You will train and coach teams, manage multiple projects, report KPIs, and develop standard work while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and data-driven methods to drive waste reduction and cost savings.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and coaching on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and project progress to demonstrate business impact.
• Identify best practices and standard work to sustain improvements.
