Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, majoring in business, operations management, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, or business operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist with process mapping and workflow documentation to identify improvements.
• Support collection and analysis of operational data to inform recommendations.
• Prepare materials for reviews, dashboards, and reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives across Operational Excellence teams.
• Provide general project support, including research and stakeholder coordination
