Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery and costs. You will map processes, analyze data, and perform root-cause analysis to identify high-impact opportunities and design scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma, manage cross-functional projects, and apply tools like value stream mapping and Kaizen events, with data visualization using Power BI and Minitab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement or related field.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and lead enterprise-wide improvement plans delivering measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma; mentor teams to sustain CI.
