Penske is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to support the Engineering and Operations teams with data analysis, process mapping, and documentation development. The role involves automating data retrieval, creating visualizations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across PTL and PL locations.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related fields, with Six Sigma credentials and 2+ years of analytics or process analysis experience.
The Operational Excellence Analyst is primarily responsible for completing tasks directly or indirectly supporting key initiatives within the Operational Excellence department. The main tasks include, but are not limited to: Industrial Engineering related assignments, Data organization, manipulation, visualization and analysis, Documentation design, creation, and organization, & Identification and development of process improvements.
