Job summary

Operational Assessments Integrator at CACI is a full-time role supporting OIE operations and joint force assessments. Qualifications

  • 7 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes such as JPP, military decision-making, or campaign planning.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience using C2IE, MSS, Tableau to report analyses for military decision makers.
  • Proficient with standard military software applications and communication systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages integration of OIE operations, investments, and activities (OAIs) into Command assessment activities, ensuring information effects align with commander intent and operational design.
  • Develops and incorporates measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, indicators, and assessment plans to support continuous monitoring, adaptation, and refinement of OIE activities.
  • Coordinates and synchronizes OIE assessments with the broader HQ campaign assessment plan; producing oral and written inputs to formal planning products (e.g. CONPLANs, OPORDS, OPLANS, Appendices, Annexes, Tabs, Estimates, etc) and assessment governance forums (e.g. Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, Working Groups).
  • Informs analysts, social scientists, data scientists, ORSAs, and other personnel of current and emerging operational requirements, capabilities, and OAIs to enable comprehensive and relevant assessment activities.
  • Informs integrated OIE planners (e.g., PSYOP, DDA, OPSEC, etc.) of analytic and assessment findings and deliverables to ensure full integration in plans, operations, and decision-making
  • Supports integration and visualization of OIE assessments (e.g. Quarterly and Annual PSYOP assessments) into formal assessment reporting systems (e.g., C2IE) or other Mission Command systems (e.g., Maven Smart Systems (MSS)).
Qualifications: Required:
  • 5 years experience planning, coordinating, developing and/or executing assessments in support of OIE, to include Psychological Operations, Information Operations, OPSEC, Defense Deception Activities, Electronic Warfare, Cyberspace Operations, and/or Civil Affairs
  • 7 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligible
  • Bachelors of Arts/Science degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging C2IE, MSS, Tableau, and/or similar system to report and/or visualize analysis and assessment activities for military decision makers
  • Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems
  • Completion of OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Army IO Planner's Course, Joint Information Planners Course (formerly JIOPC), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, Joint Targeting School, US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course or similar Service School.
Desired:
  • 3 years experience with military planning at the perational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, Joint Task Force or similar command.

Experience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
