Job summary

AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing in Ridgway, PA seeks an Operation Technician to support daily production, follow procedures, and maintain safety.

You will operate fork trucks and other plant equipment, ensure proper material storage, report issues, and comply with quality and lean programs. Strong communication and willingness to work overtime are required. This role offers opportunities within a driven manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the PM industry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice.
