Job Overview

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is a global organization focused on defense and security. We are currently seeking an Operation Specialist to support operations in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full‑time CONUS position that requires an active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review policies and directives and lead presentation of information assessments.
• Participate in metric development and tracking.
• Prepare and manage presentation data for meetings and conferences.
• Assist in processing security access and badge requests for visitors.
• Maintain multiple project calendars and manage travel for the information security team.
• Review/process purchase order requests for the team.
• Work with management to develop best practices.
• Research and stay current on the latest IT intelligence technologies, trends, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with NIST 800‑53/A, NIST 800‑37, CNSS 1253, NIST 800‑60 Rev I & II, and ECSM series.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Proficient in using various technologies relevant to the position.
• Certifications:
  • Current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies.

Travel & Passport

• Up to 25% travel, possibly including overnight stays.
• Must have an active passport for OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Work Environment

• Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR.

Background & Security
