Job Description:Job Summary:JSX does not just move passengers from point A to point B, our customers get where they want to be effortlessly, and refreshed. Operations Services Concierge's(OSC) are responsible for marshalling aircraft in and out of the gate, loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. OSC's may also be responsible for servicing aircraft lavatories, cleaning aircraft, restocking items, deicing and other duties as delegated. The OSC team owns the ground experience at the airport, including valet, luggage assistance, & plane-side service. OSCs must have a never ending hunger to build a consistent, safe and joyful experience for each and every customer.Responsibilities/Day in the Life Tasks: Develop relationships with our customers to serve from the heart, anticipate their needs to provide a personalized experience unlike any other travel explugerience.Ensure each customer is able to experience a flawless trip the concierge team must execute clear communication with the downline stations and flight crews in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will be able to play well with others and must be willing to receive and offer directions to team members with grace.The concierge team must be JSX brand ambassadors at all times when working, be it face to face with customers or when call taking by efficiently and professionally assisting our customers via phone calls or emails.To ensure our customers have an effortless and seamless experience we must ensure the amenities and space for our customers is in tip top shapeMarshall/direct aircraft to/from gate(s) or other designated areasLoad/unload and transport baggage, mail, and other designated cargoAssist in cleaning customer lounges and aircraft cabin between flightsStock aircraft with needed supplies and prepare stock for inbound/outbound aircraftSafe operation of equipment required to move luggage/cargo, tow planes between gates and direct aircraft to designated parking apushreasPerforms wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and maintains visual contact with the pushback driver to alert the driver of any danger.Maintains safety and security of the ramp at all times and complies with safety procedures and station policies.Reads and verifies the city and flight number for every bag to ensure correct loading of customer bagsAct as Ground Security CoordinatorResponsible for driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure, as assignedCulture:This Is How We FlyOur Core Purpose is to deliver a joyful, simple travel experience for every Customer, in every interaction, every day.
