Job Description
In this role, you’ll facilitate risk assessments, support incident investigations, monitor fleet safety, and help maintain governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and operational objectives. You'll also play a key role in establishing, maintaining, and improving operational safety processes across multiple teams and geographic locations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in system or operational safety and thrives in cross-functional environments. They combine analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvements to safety processes.

Nice to have: Background in standardizing safety practices across global operations, including documentation systems, training programs, or council governance. Direct experience with autonomous vehicle or ADAS testing operations. Familiarity with functional safety and autonomy standards (ISO 26262, UL 4600, SOTIF). Hands-on exposure to safety case development or audits. Prior experience building internal safety monitoring tools or incident tracking systems.
Assess, influence design, and verify operational safety and readiness of our vehicles. You will facilitate risk assessments, participate in incident investigations, monitor fleet safety, and oversee governance frameworks that align with regulatory standards and customer expectations. Beyond immediate impact, this role will help ensure that operation safety processes are established, maintained and followed across Verticals and across geographic locations. Participate in HARA reviews and identify design, requirements, and hazards that would require operational mitigation dependency.
