Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Cloud Readiness Specialist to support end-to-end global M365 and cloud deployments with emphasis on data residency and compliance. You will coordinate provisioning, rollout, and regional buildouts, ensuring service health and timely signoffs across multiple teams.

The role also focuses on automation, telemetry, and real-time dashboards using Kusto, Power BI, and PowerShell to drive continuous improvement and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating global cloud deployments with data residency and compliance.
• Proven ability to rollout Teams, SharePoint Online and related services across regions.
• Strong capacity planning for Azure workloads and regional buildouts.
• Lead end-to-end deployment readiness, including migrations and signoffs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service provisioning and rollout for global regions.
• Oversee production GoLive, SLA adherence and incident management.
• Design automation and monitoring using PowerShell, Power BI and Kusto.
• Maintain dashboards showing blockers, risks and regional readiness.

Required Skills

• Support end-to-end Global Cloud / Sovereign cloud deployments across Microsoft M365 services ensuring data residency, compliance, and regional service enablement.
• Coordinate service provisioning and rollout execution for services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Protection, and DSP across global regions.
• Support Azure and BareMetal capacity planning with Microsoft FTE, including compute, storage, quota management, and hardware readiness for regional buildouts.
• Support end-to-end deployment readiness and validation, including compliance checks, migration readiness, service health, and cross-team signoffs.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Azure, Networking, Identity, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service dependency alignment.
• Oversee production GoLive, stabilization, SLA adherence, incident management, and performance optimization for enterprise workloads.
• Design and implement automation, telemetry, and monitoring systems using Kusto, Power BI, PowerShell, and cloud-native tools.
• Build and maintain dependency tracking and capacity dashboards, providing real-time visibility into blockers, risks, and regional readiness.
• Provide executive reporting and program governance, including risk management, scorecards, insights, and continuous improvement for global cloud readiness.
