Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. Warren Plant is hiring Operating Technicians to join a flagship tire manufacturing operation. New hires begin at $22.00 per hour, with progression to $38.22 per hour over two years, and eligibility for medical, vision, prescription, and dental benefits on hire.

The role is 12-hour shift work in a high-paced environment with a safety-first, quality-focused culture. Employees receive paid holidays, vacation after 180 days (up to 6 weeks), life insurance, and a commitment

Position Summary

The Warren Plant is the flagship facility in truck and bus radial tire production for the Bridgestone Corporation. We feature the world’s most advanced tire manufacturing technology in our two million square foot facility. We are located in Morrison, TN.

The Warren County Plant is currently hiring Operating Technicians to fill permanent positions.

New Hires are eligible for the following benefits and pay:

• $22.00 / hour start pay progressing to $38.22 in two years.
• Eligible for Medical/Vision/Prescription/Dental Benefits at date of hire.
• Eligible for Basic Life Insurance at date of hire.
• Eligible for 10 paid holidays
• Eligible for 1 week of vacation after 180 Days, earn up to 6 weeks

The Operating Technician role is a line-driven manufacturing opportunity. All Operating Technicians work in a challenging fast-paced manufacturing environment where they assist in manufacturing world class products in an environment that promotes the following vision: Safety First; Quality Always.
