Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong aseptic technique and technical abilities.
• Able to perform psychomotor tasks and assist in procedures.
• Prior OR tech education or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the operating room ahead of each case.
• Obtain instruments, supplies, and equipment using physician's preference cards.
• Maintain adequate supplies and assist during surgical procedures.
• Ensure sharps containment, safety, and proper disposal.
