Job summary

Ingenovis Health is recruiting an Operating Room Technician to join the team and support surgical cases across partner facilities. You will prepare the OR, set up instruments, and ensure sterility while assisting during procedures and monitoring patients.

The role requires 1-2 years of recent OR care experience and an active state license, with additional facility-specific requirements possible. A dynamic, adventurous attitude and commitment to patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in the OR or relevant care setting.
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements & certifications may be requested by the specific facility/unit.
• Adventurous and enthusiastic mindset with a desire to help.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, and supplies and ensure sterility of equipment and environment.
• Assist during procedures and monitor the patient and anesthesia equipment as needed.
• Carefully track supplies and tools used during surgery and ensure readiness for subsequent cases.
