As part of the Riverspan roster, you will support operating room teams by preparing the OR, instruments, and ensuring sterility, while assisting during procedures and monitoring patients.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of recent surgical tech experience, active licensure in a US state, and a willingness to meet facility-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent OR/Surgical Tech experience.
• Active license or accreditation in one US state.
• Additional facility-specific requirements and certifications may apply.
• Desire to help with a dynamic clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room and arrange instruments and supplies.
• Ensure sterility of equipment and environment.
• Assist during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient during operations and manage supplies.
