Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Roseburg, Oregon. You will provide direct patient care before, during and after surgery, maintaining aseptic conditions and supporting the surgical team.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year OR experience preferred, ACLS/PALS preferred. Expect to work day, night, or mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe operating room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedures and postoperative care.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Roseburg, OR area for the following position: Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
