Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) in Bartlett, TN. The role covers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Responsibilities include direct perioperative care, maintaining sterility, intra-operative support, and vigilant patient monitoring.

Excellent communication with teams and families is essential. Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree, active TN RN license, 1+ year OR experience preferred, and ACLS/PALS

Qualifikationen

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in TN.
• 1+ year OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe Operating Room environment.
• Assist intra-operatively with nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
