Job summary

NCH Naples is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with minimal supervision. You will provide direct nursing care and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires OR experience, a Florida RN/APRN license, BLS/ALS certifications, and basic computer skills. It is a full-time, on-site position with a 12-hour day shift on weekends and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Operating Room experience.
• Active Florida RN or APRN license.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the OR.
• Assist with teaching and leadership on unit.
• Document care in medical records.
• Attend on-call shifts.
• Maintain Kronos system and shift reports.
• Maintain knowledge of current policies.
