Job summary

St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, Texas RN licensure, and CPR certification within 14 days of hire. A Bachelor of Nursing is preferred for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment; notify changes to doctor.
• Planning: design and document care plans and teaching; discharge planning.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes.
• Evaluation: reassess and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: conduct bedside shift reports with family participation.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe work and patient areas.
