Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle. You will follow nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and coordinate activities with the care team. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS certification are required. Experience is welcome but not required for entry, with PRN positions preferred for 1 year

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing. Required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
