Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Preferred experience: 1 year of critical-care or Operating Room experience.
• Licensure: current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact license.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
