Freeman Health in Bentonville, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN / As needed shifts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under physician orders, collaborate with the care team, and support patients and families in a compassionate environment. Requires valid RN licensure and current BCLS; ACLS and PALS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or compact state license.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• PALS within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care per clinical protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to achieve outcomes and support patients and families.
