Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in Operating Room settings preferred; CNOR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care team and follow physician orders.
• Document care and medications in EMR; ensure aseptic technique.
• Arrange room turnover and supply readiness in OR.
• Support discharge planning and post-op care as applicable.
