Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and judgment for patients needing complex assessments and high-level nursing care.
• Monitors and interprets data from cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other OR equipment.
• Assists and delegates within the OR team to ensure efficient, safe patient care.
• Documents care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participates in continuing education and departmental initiatives.
