Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking an Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. You will educate patients, circulate and scrub, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in OR or related area.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to various facilities.
• Certifications as required by the specific facility/unit.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and aftercare.
• Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures and assist the team as needed.

Job description

As an Operating Room Nurse, or OR RN, you'll be responsible for patient care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of a patient's surgical experience. OR RN job duties include patient education, circulating and/or scrubbing, and working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists during and after surgical procedures.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
