Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced RN for an OR assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. You will coordinate safe perioperative care for orthopedic and neurosurgical cases, support the surgical team, and advocate for patients through their procedures.

This 13-week W-2 contract offers four 10-hour shifts, a defined weekly rhythm, and a shared on-call rotation to cover urgent care. Applicants must hold Nebraska RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, plus at least two years of OR experience in Level I/II

• Active RN authorization for Nebraska practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification; at least two years of experience.
• Operating-room orthopedic and neurosurgical experience in a Level I or II setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate perioperative care in the operating room.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and advocate for patients.
• Support cross-functional teams during 4x10 hour shifts with on-call rotation.

Total Compensation: $59.82–$63.22/hour*

Put your orthopedic and neurosurgical experience to work in an operating-room assignment that rewards preparation, sharp judgment and close teamwork. Coordinate safe perioperative care, anticipate the needs of the surgical team and advocate for patients throughout their procedures. Four ten-hour shifts give this role a defined weekly rhythm, with a shared call rotation supporting urgent surgical care.

Assignment Overview

• Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361
• 13-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• Four ten-hour shifts with varied start times; holiday coverage required.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• The hourly-equivalent estimate uses the planned 40-hour week.
• Call is required one weeknight per week and every fourth or fifth weekend; additional call compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active RN authorization for Nebraska practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification; at least two years of experience.
• Operating-room orthopedic and neurosurgical experience in a Level I or II setting.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $28.15–$31.55.
