Brown University Health seeks an RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process within assigned shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve care plan outcomes and uphold the organization's values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
The role supports clinical, financial and organizational goals, participates in quality and safety initiatives, and requires an Associate's degree with RN licensure, BLS (ACLS/PALS as required), and BSN preferred.
The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes. Pay Range: $35.70-$71.40
