Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking an Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) for travel assignments in Orlando, Florida. You will care for patients through preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, educate patients, and circulate or scrub while working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.

Requirements include 1–2 years of perioperative experience and an active nursing license in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent experience in perioperative care.
• Active nursing license in any US state.
• Additional facility-specific requirements and certifications.
• Willingness to travel and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across preop, intraop, and postop phases.
• Educate patients and families.
• Circulate or scrub in the OR and support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs.
• Collaborate with the surgical team during procedures.

Job description

As an Operating Room Nurse, or OR RN, you'll be responsible for patient care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of a patient's surgical experience. OR RN job duties include patient education, circulating and/or scrubbing, and working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists during and after surgical procedures.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:-

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
