Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to deliver perioperative care in the surgical suite. You will collaborate with surgical teams, ensure sterility, and support patients through anesthesia and recovery.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications as required by facility.
• Relevant perioperative or operating room nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment is sterile and functioning properly.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies or complications.
• Document all aspects of nursing care in patient records.
• Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, recovery, and post-operative care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards in the OR.
