Job summary

Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide nursing care during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case. The Circulating RN will work across specialties as applicable, ensuring patient safety and efficient case flow.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of Circulator experience. PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient during surgery.
• Prepping the patient for surgery.
• Circulating the case during the procedure.
• Experience in surgical procedures across listed specialties as applicable.
