Job summary

Intracoastal Surgery Center in Florida is seeking a Per Diem Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The Circulating RN will assist during cases, position and prep patients, and ensure sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in Florida, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 1 year of OR Circulator experience. Join us to support high-quality ambulatory surgery in orthopedic, podiatry, general, urology, and gynecology

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN provides nursing care during surgery cases.
• Positioning and prepping the patient and circulating the case.
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures.

It also has one procedure room specifically created to provide the highly trained medical staff with the flexibility and tools needed for minimally invasive surgery. PRN Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Intracoastal Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable

• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
