Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an Operating Room RN to provide expert perioperative care in a dynamic surgical setting. The role involves preparing patients for surgery, circulating and/or scrubbing, and upholding sterile technique to ensure safety and quality.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams while advocating for patients and families during post-procedure transitions.
