Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to join our operating room pool and provide direct care in a fast-paced OR setting. This role requires at least 1 year of circulating and/or scrubbing experience in an acute OR, plus BLS certification.

On-call availability within 30 minutes of a call is required, with strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year circulating and/or scrubbing in an acute OR setting.
• BLS certification required; on-call and rapid response within 30 minutes may be required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certificates may be required or encouraged per policy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient-family centered care in the OR pool.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient OR operations.
