Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) in the Operating Room to lead and coordinate daily surgical operations within a high-volume perioperative services unit in Oklahoma.

This role oversees patient flow, staffing coordination, surgical case management, and clinical leadership in the OR to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care for every patient, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact license.
• Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience.
• Orthopedic and neurosurgery experience required.
• Charge nurse or leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing, surgical workflows, and OR protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and staffing coordination in the OR.
• Coordinate surgical case management and throughput for high-volume cases.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure adherence to OR protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to optimize outcomes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) - Operating Room to lead and coordinate daily surgical operations in a high-volume perioperative services unit. This role is responsible for overseeing patient flow, staffing coordination, surgical case management, and clinical leadership within the OR, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday - Friday (5x8 schedule)
• Full-time, direct hire position

Pay

• Min $36.47/hour - Max: $48/hr (based on Charge RN experience level) Negotiable

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Oklahoma or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience (required)
• Must have orthopedic and neuro surgery experience
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing, surgical workflows, and OR protocols
• CNOR certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience is a plus
