Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The role delivers safe, evidence-based patient care through all phases of the nursing process in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Requires an RN license in Florida with 2+ years OR experience; BLS and ACLS per department. Includes a relocation incentive of $10,000 and a housing stipend of $1,800 per month for 3 months, with a full-time schedule and shift 2/10:30 AM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• RN with two years or more of current operating room experience preferred.
• Must have American Heart Association BLS (and ACLS where required by department).
• Current Florida RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain standards in accordance with Florida Nurse Practice Act and professional guidelines.
