Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and families in care planning.
• Demonstrated culturally competent care delivery.
• Effective communication with inter-professional teams.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and discharge planning.
• Medication administration and safe pharmacology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Educates patients and families, identifying learning needs.
• Uses IT systems to document care and monitor outcomes.
• Works in OR team to provide circulating and scrubbing support.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement activities.
• Assists with discharge planning and follow-up.
