Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Main Operating Room, a Magnet-designated department with diverse surgical specialties. You’ll provide individualized patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a large nursing and surgical team.

Eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. Requirements include a Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred, SC or compact-state RN licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN with current SC/compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• BLS certification required; CPR/HCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, effective care and collaborate with the health care team.
• Perform duties per shift requirements and policies.
