Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited school of nursing.
• More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience and completion of the Nurse Residency Program, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a full partner on the health care team using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, effective care to patients from infancy to elderly.
• Demonstrate competency in CQI, EBP, leadership, and teamwork as defined in the practice domains.
