Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is seeking a Registered Nurse Circulator to provide perioperative nursing care, position and prep patients, and circulate cases across multiple specialties in a six-room outpatient surgical setting.

The role emphasizes decision-making, RN licensure in Texas, and required BLS/ACLS/PALS with at least 1 year of OR experience; weekdays only with no on-call. Benefits include a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient for surgery and prep the patient.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
• Provide nursing care in OR across specialties including Orthopedic, ENT, GI, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colon/Rectal, and General Surgery.
