Job summary

Franklin Surgery Center, a premier outpatient surgery facility in Tennessee, is hiring a Registered Nurse Circulator. The Circulating RN will position, prep, and circulate the patient through the surgical case, ensuring safety and efficiency.

We offer a $20k sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSAs/HSAs, 401(k), and paid holidays/vacation. No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TN RN license is required.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience.
• BLS and ACLS required; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient and prepping the patient for surgery.
• Circulating during cases and ensuring sterile technique and safety.

Registered Nurse OR Circulator at Franklin Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active TN RN license
• Three years of OR/circulating experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• CNOR preferred
• A minimum of 1-year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
