Job summary

Houston Physicians Hospital is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) to provide nursing care during surgical cases. The Circulator will position and prep patients and circulate the case during procedures, ensuring patient safety and aseptic technique.

Experience in various surgical specialties is preferred where applicable. Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited RN programs with active state licensure and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as required by the center, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgery cases.
• Position and prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during procedures and assist the team.
• Experience with surgical procedures in applicable specialties.
