Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial seeks an experienced Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our surgical team. The Circulator will position, prep, and circulate cases, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow across ENT, GI, general, ophthalmology, and more.

This role offers a 4x10 schedule, weekdays only with no call, weekends, or major holidays. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible RNs, along with our comprehensive benefits package and physician ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS required, ACLS, PALS preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and prepping the patient during surgery.
• Circulating the case and ensuring a smooth flow of the operation.
• Experience in ENT, Gastroenterology, General, Ophthalmology, and related specialties.

Registered Nurse Operating Roomat Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial:

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Ophthalmology,Colon & Rectal Surgery,etc.
