Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is seeking a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator to join our team. This role focuses on weekdays only with no holiday, weekend, night, or call shifts; Thursday availability is preferred.

The Circulator positions and preps patients and circulates cases in a multi-specialty ambulatory setting. Ideal candidates have an accredited RN education, Texas RN license, and 1+ year OR circulator experience with strong critical thinking and nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient and circulate the case.
• Provide nursing care during surgery with focus on safety and asepsis.
• Experience in GI, ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, GYN and General surgeries.

Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland:

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: GI, Ent, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, GYN, General.
