Responsibilities

• Maintains oversight and direction for the departments of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, and Endo.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, standards, educational services, and programs that support the departments.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Texas license.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Preferred: Master’s in Nursing or BSN, CNOR certification, BCLS certification, ACLS certification.
• Six or more years of experience in a Director role for Surgical Services or related service lines.
• Demonstrated leadership in surgical services nursing and administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge and accomplishments as a Surgical Services Administrator.
