Job summary

Medical Park Tower Surgery Center in Wisconsin is seeking an Operating Room Nurse to serve as an OR Circulator. The RN Circulator will provide nursing care and services during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case, with duties aligned to applicable surgical specialties.

The role requires an accredited RN program, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, with at least 1 year of circulator experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case during surgery.
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique throughout operative procedures.

Welcome to Medical Park Tower Surgery Center

We have 5 OR rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in General, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Urology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Medical Park Tower Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
