Job summary

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Memorial Village is hiring an Operating Room Circulator. The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps the patient, and circulates the case in multiple specialties.

The role requires an RN with 1 year of circulator experience and active state licensure. Schedule is weekdays only with no holidays or weekends; some early mornings/later evenings possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Welcome to Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Memorial Village We have 8 OR rooms and 2 treatment rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Colon Rectal, Neurological, GYN, Oculoplastic, Orthopedic, ENT, Pain Management, Podiatry, General, Plastic & Reconstructive, Urology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology.

RN Operating Room Circulator

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Memorial Village

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable.
