Job summary

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is seeking a PRN Operating Room Circulator RN to provide nursing care during surgical cases. Responsibilities include patient positioning, prep, and circulating the case, with emphasis on safety and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in the state, possess BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and have at least 1 year of OR circulator experience. Join a team focused on high-quality care in a service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator in the OR.
• Strong nursing judgment and clinical decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prep for surgery.
• Circulate the case during procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
• Assist with turnover and instrument handling as needed in the OR.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
