Baptist Health Louisville is currently seeking to hire, full-time, Circulating Registered Nurse. The RN will be part of a dynamic, patient-focused environment within our Operating Room team, providing high-tech, compassionate care across multiple surgical specialties.

This role requires active Kentucky RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BCLS within 90 days of hire; 36 hours weekly on the second shift (10:45a–11:15p, 3–12's) with a competitive salary and benefits

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN License is required.
• Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program.
• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing process for patients across all age groups in the OR.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' physiological responses to surgery and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to achieve optimal outcomes.
