Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years of recent operating room nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate patient and procedure flow through the OR.
• Monitor the daily OR schedule and expedite procedures as needed.
• Oversee OR staff assignments and equipment readiness.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain sterile technique.
