Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Operating Room Assistant to support the RN with patient care tasks and maintain a sterile, compassionate operating environment. You will help position patients for surgery, monitor devices, and uphold aseptic standards consistent with our mission.

Position Purpose:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Operating Room Assistant, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, will provide patient care tasks, in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Organization.
