North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale, MN is seeking an Operating Room Aide (ORA) to support turnover, stocking, delivery of supplies and equipment, and cleaning of reusable items. This role helps keep surgical operations running smoothly and enhances patient flow.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 2+ years of OR experience; EVS OR experience preferred. On-site daytime/evening shifts with potential shift differential, and benefits available.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working within an operating room setting
• EVS experience working within an operating room setting preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to prioritze work while ensuring role expectations and duties are completely timely and accurately.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in team environment.
• Ability to transport various equipment within the department.
